Though our wine accessory products are top quality name brand merchandise, we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with your online purchase. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 15 days of receipt. Returns of wine accessories must be in saleable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. We must charge a 15% restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us this fee), and you would be responsible for return shipping.

Simply email us at service@winerackboutique.com if you wish to make a return. Please include the order number and the reason for the return. We’ll than authorize it and await the package.
