Shipping and Handling

Please note that these are real expenses and we have absorbed a large portion of these costs in order to earn your business. Since there are large weight differences among our selection, we have priced each item’s shipping costs and reduced them in order to earn your business. However, we will absorb all your UPS Ground shipping costs for orders over $150.00 going to the same address within the 48 continental US states.

Your wine accessory order will ship by either UPS or the USPS, whichever is the best method determined after we process your order. You have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout to UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS 3rd Day with additional costs.

Generally all orders ship from the warehouse within 24-48 hours.

We can also ship most of wine accessories worldwide. Please inquire before ordering.

Note: We are not responsible for wine rack and other accessory orders that are lost or damaged by UPS or the USPS. In the unlikely event that this has occurred to your order please note that these types of matters must be resolved by contacting the carrier directly.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax on all wine accessory orders shipped to addresses in Arizona. No tax will be charged on any wine related products shipped outside the state of Arizona.
